1. DATA CONTROLLER & SCOPE
HealthyWay Fitness (HealthyWayFitness.lk), operating at No. 184 Ukwatta, Avissawella, acts as the data controller for information collected on this website and our front desk.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect only information necessary to process your gym pass and store orders:
- Customer Name, Mobile Phone Number, and Email Address.
- Selected Membership Package or Shop Items and Payment Transaction References.
- National Identity Card (NIC) number only if strictly required by facility security verification, always transmitted over encrypted TLS. Raw NICs are never stored in unencrypted logs.
3. GYM ACCESS SYSTEM & PAYMENT GATEWAYS
To provide your membership pass and front-desk check-in, paid order records are securely transferred to our gym management system.
Payment transactions are processed directly by licensed financial providers (Koko, Mintpay, or bank deposit verification). We do not store your credit card or debit card numbers on our servers.
4. FIRST-PARTY, COOKIELESS ANALYTICS
We respect your digital privacy. This site uses first-party, cookieless telemetry to measure page speed and website usability. We do not use third-party cross-site advertising cookies or session recordings. Browser Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals are honored.
5. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER SRI LANKA PDPA
You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate records, or request erasure where data is no longer necessary for ongoing gym pass administration. Inquiries may be addressed to desk@healthywayfitness.lk or via our WhatsApp front desk.
